Questions on Button Art
| The following button mosaic art has been scanned from postcards. You may click on each postcard to see an enlarged image of the card photograph. My question: Can anyone give me a lead to more information on this folk art? The marking on the card would indicate some type of business location - "Whereaway at Bull Shoals, Ark." Also, there are markings on the back of three of the cards that might indicate their period in the early 1940s. Any inputs will be appreciated. |
